Here is a link to a few options that have the SMA female on one end and some other options on the opposing end.

The cable and connector information can be found on page 71 of the datasheet for the MA1508.AK.001.
The total cable lengths are about 5m (about 16.4ft) each. The four 4G/5G cables and the GNSS cable have standard SMA connectors while the three Wi-Fi cables use RP-SMA connectors.
