Both are for the same manufacturer part number (CRGCQ0402J10M), so there is no difference in the resistor itself.
The only difference is the DigiKey ordering option and packaging:
One is stocked and available in Cut Tape, Digi-Reel®, and Tape & Reel, while the other is a Tape & Reel option with a 40,000 minimum order quantity.
