19031163A is a 24 Vdc fan from Comair Rotron that has gone obsolete. [381-2331-ND](https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/ebm-papst-inc/8414N/381-2331-ND/441687) from ebm-papst Inc. has been offered as a possible substitute.
