Custom symbol editor

I have seen several report of the Custom symbol editor not working and based on the replies of the Scheme it team, it would appear the problem is fixed, but it is not, unless I am doing something wrong. I created a basic symbol (just a box) and have several instances of it on my Canvas. I decided to make changes to the library symbol so when I update it, it will affect all the instances. But when I try to save it, the system says that the name already exists and it does not give me option to overwrite the original version. I would appreciate it if someone could guide me with this issue.

Thank you for your question.
We are currently working on being able to double-click on the symbol to allow changes to that symbol.
However, you can edit the symbol by clicking on “Build a Symbol”, which is located towards the top of the left pane.
If you have any issues, please let me know.
