# Cyclone V suitable replacement

Hi, my company has a legacy product built on an Altera Cyclone V 5CEBA5F23C7N device.  
We are thinking to swap it for an Altera Cyclone 5CEFA5F23I7N. As we are not going to use the internal memory controller, and as the frequencies at play in our system are not higher than 75 MHz, is the part a valid replacement?

Sorry, for a long-term replacement solution you should consider changing the architecture and toolset from Altera, now intel Programmable Logic Devices (PLD) group to another Industrial FPGA vendor.
