Hello,

I am planning to use the D405-20 laser diode in a project and would like to operate it according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.

Could you please provide a reference driver circuit, recommended application circuit, or any original driver design documentation available for the D405-20 laser diode?

I would also appreciate any information regarding the recommended operating current, protection circuitry, and power supply requirements.

The only information I do see that the manufacturer lists for the D405-20 would be the nominal voltage and current rating these would expect.
5v at 75mA
You can use any constant current power supply either off-the-shelf(I am not seeing that we list one that would work) or built on the board with the laser.

I’m in a bit of a hurry, so instead of buying a ready-made circuit board, I need to build one myself. I’ll need it at school.
