D405-20 Laser Diode

Any chance someone can please tell me the junction capacitance of the D405-20 laser diode? It’s not in the data sheet. Thanks!

The manufacturer does not state any information regarding that rating, but through some general searching online I did get this answer :

The US-Lasers Inc. D405-20 is a 405 nm, 20 mW laser diode. Its junction capacitance is typically around 25 pF to 50 pF, which is a standard range for a 5.6 mm TO-18 packaged InGaN violet laser diode with a monitor photodiode.
