Hello stephen.franks,
On the Manufacture’s Website, it is associating the LM124-N to the LM124J/PB part number.
So it appears that you should be following the LM124-N characteristics.
Please check the manufacture’s website for more information on this chip.
Agreeing with @David_1768, that for the LM124J/PB you follow the non-“A” specs. Note that we stock both the LM124J/PB and the LM124AJ/PB, so you can get either version.
The difference between the “N” and “J” variants is the package material, with the “N” calling out plastic DIP and the “J” calling out the more durable ceramic DIP package. The “PB” suffix means it has tin-lead finish on the leads, so it would not be RoHS compliant.
