You are correct. do you carry that board? if not is there another place I can find that board.

Is that board bad or has the Rabbit board (20-101-1328) been bricked? If the former, it looks like there are a minimal number of components on that board which could go bad and we may carry many of those components. If so, we’d need some close-up shots of the suspect parts to attempt to ID them.
If it is the Rabbit board that is non-functional, then it’s quite likely a corrupted firmware issue. The link @RobertCNelson gave, plus the following might be of help:
