Regarding DigiKey part 889-ACJS-MH-ND
It refers to amphenol-sine part ACJS-MH.
amphenol-sine has a few parts beginning with ACJS-MH.
Is DigiKey’s part actually ACJS-HHOP or PHOP or MHOP?
And what do the H P and M stand for?
I am needing ACJS-MH0P or a ¼” audio jack with an isolated switch (not connected to the left or right signal path).

From the Amphenol catalog, the ACJS-MH is its own part number. There are version as you note that have additions to the ACJS-MH part number. DigiKey does have part 889-ACJS-MHOP-ND in stock.
The P stands for Plastic nut and M stands for Metal nut.
The H stands for an entry bore with Half thread.
