Dimension mismatch in Part #Z6493-ND (XG4M-6030):

Dear DigiKey Team,

We have received the materials as per Invoice #Redacted. We would like to request clarification and resolution on the following issues:

Part #Z6493-ND (XG4M-6030):

The strain relief part #XG4T-6004 appears to have a dimensional discrepancy. According to the datasheet, the highlighted dimension should be 13 mm, but the parts we received measure 10.5 mm. Please confirm if this is within the specified tolerance or if there has been a part variation.

Please look into these issues and provide clarification or corrective action at your earliest convenience.

Since no image is attached, I’m not entirely sure which dimension you’re referring to, but I assume you mean the height.
The height of XG4M-6030(connector) is 10.6 mm, while XG4T-6004(strain relief) is 13.0 mm.

There is not tolerance listed in the Datasheet. I would confirm your measurement tools are calibrated and remeasure. You will have to contact customer resolutions for returns.
