Diodes Incorporated offers a wide array of discrete semiconductor products which do in fact include diodes. It also includes discrete MOSFETs, such as DMN3007LSSQ-13. We’ve had a few customers recently order this product as DMN3007LSSQ and wonder if they received the right product when DMN3007LSSQ-13 shows up instead. Is this correct, and what does the -13 indicate?
The -13, in this case, is a simple package identifier for 13" reel. It doesn’t affect the MOSFETs themselves, nor can the product be ordered as just DMN3007LSSQ; the packaging callout is part of the orderable part number and will always show up.
