Digikey Order # REDACTED
Last week, I ordered my first two custom pcbs through the DKRed program.
I recieved an email today stating that one of the boards was cancelled, but no information regarding why it was cancelled was provided after the statement “The below items on your order were cancelled for the following reasons:”
No indication of if it was because of some design error on my part, nothing.
I called DigiKey customer service and was able to speak to a representative in “technical”, who was not able to give me any idea as to why the order was cancelled and he directed me here.
That’s another point of contention, that I must come to a forum for such support rather than just being able to be told what the problem was, but that’s a gripe for another day.
Regardless, I’m here to hopefully gain some insight into the issue.

The trace widths for the entire board is .508mm.
Oddly, the other PCB, a much smaller one, i ordered at the same time seems to be in production just fine. the only variable there would be the copper zone clearance for the smaller board is .5mm, whereas the larger pcb copper zone clearance is .3mm.
As I understand it, .3mm clearance should still be a bit more than double the 5mil Trace/Spacing minimum spec since .3mm equates to 11.811mil. So, my assumption is that shouldn’t be the problem.
Any help would be appreciated to get to the bottom of this.
