We do not handle the Lieca 10450981 microscope, so I can not verify if it will fit.

The 26700-140-L05X lens is designed to fit a microscope like 243-26700-140-ND.

Thank you David for the welcome and for the answer. I am also inquiring about aa 0.65X lenst from Leica. We will see if that one fits.
