Hello johnny.kuo, welcome to the TechForum! The only license I see mentioned in the datasheet is the “Heatmap License.” It depends on the features you want, the extra licenses are listed here that have to be purchased separately:

I think there are some software features that are included with the product, so those would not have to be purchased separately.
