Thank you for your inquiry. We do not solder or manufacture these crystals as we are a distributor!

Some crystal or oscillators are Value-Added, because DigiKey may program them to the desired frequency. This part number is not listed as Value-Added. We sell these, just as we get them from the manufacture.
