I am looking for a IK60AN Diode or its equivalent.

I believe the diode should have a “1 prefix” 1K60AN instead. I didn’t find any information on what the N suffix calls out in the part number. NTE Electronics list NTE109 as a replacement for 1K60A. Please review the spec sheet NTE109 | NTE Electronics, Inc. (nteinc.com).
