Hello,
Is there a difference between ERTJ1VG103FA and ERTJ1VG103FM?
Last character is not explained in datasheet but in the same datasheet, ERTJ1VG103 is each time specified with last character = A.
Best regards,

Best regards,
As far as I know, A= General purpose. M= Automotive qualified. In most ordinary electronics designs, they are interchangeable. For automotive or high-reliability applications, the FM version is preferred.
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
I concur with loveforcircuits.
According to the datasheet for ERT-J1VG103FM the M = Automotive application. It is meant for higher temp rating of 150C vs 125C of the one ending with A. We also have it listed as having the AEC-Q200 qualification while the one ending in A does not. Sometimes manufacturers don’t explain the standard application suffix like in this case A and only the special options.
Hope that helps.
