Fanstel offers RF and networking solutions, including their BC805M Bluetooth module. You may receive versions of this product with a small ‘P’ after the BC805M on the product’s shield; these modules may not work with your application. Is this an error?
Unfortunately, no. The ‘P’ indicates a new version of the product manufactured for all date codes following 2501; this is considered by Fastel to be the same product and not an error. If your application is not compatible with the new version, you will have to seek out products with a 2500 date code or earlier for your usage.
