I am looking for an adapter version of this connector to mate two cables. Does anyone know the part number?

There wouldn’t be a flat flex connector adapter that would take two cables and extend them.

You would have to design a short circuit board to solder two of these connectors to it to make an adapter.

Typically, the answer is finding a longer flat flex cable instead of getting an adapter.
