Web page highlights a firmware update in Oct 2025.
Order was placed Feb 2026. Product supplied was manufactured Dec 2024.
This contained the old (2024) firmware, which has features missing from the Oct 2025 update.
How do I get parts with the (very useful) latest firmware?
