What I am looking for is proper 18AWG or 22AWG wires for Electric guitar wiring.
But there are tons of strand wires I can see..

It all comes down to what you want. These are all stranded wire, but have a lot of variety for the number of strands. You can get a basic wire with 7 strands, or others up to 168 strands.
Usually, the higher strand counts are more flexible, but that comes to the next option, of the outer jacket material. PVC is a common jacket, but there are others like a variety of rubber, or a thin Teflon, which is called PTFE, and others.
There are also options for different voltages, color, operating temperatures, Lengths,…
Basically, you will need to decide what type of wire you require, and how much of the wire you will need. If you have any additional information of what you want, we can help to narrow down the options.
