Hi, I’m using 7 of the DIN rail mounted Pheonix Contact 3004171 fuseholders. I need to fit an 8th fuseholder in the same width of 71.4mm. Is there a narrower fuseholder available?

The Phoenix Contact 3004171 fuse holder is designed for 6.3 x 32 mm (0.248" Dia x 1.260") fuses. The assembly is narrow relative to the fuse body for a total width of 10.2 mm. As a reference point, the Weidmüller 1880430000 has a similar width of 9.1 mm.
You could switch to a smaller fuse such as the 5 x 20 mm with a fuse block such as Phoenix Contact 3046032 for a width of 6.2 mm. The downside is that we lose the advantages of the larger fuse.
