I would like to purchase some Pasternack PE73SP1067 units; the datasheet indicates that the GDTs are replaceable, but I cannot find the corresponding replacement parts. Can you help me find the replacement GDTs?

Looks like Pasternack does not give part numbers for GDTs that are associated with this PE73SP1067.
According to their website it’s 60V 10kA https://www.pasternack.com/sma-surge-protector-5.8ghz-gas-discharge-tube-pe73sp1067-p.aspx.

We could ask Pasternack to see if they have part numbers for GDTs that are directly associated with that module if you’d like.

I have not found any specific info regarding a part number for the GDT used in the PE73SP1067. However, the 60V spec refers to the max allowable operating voltage on the coax line rather than the voltage of the GDT itself.
One would want a GDT whose breakdown (a.k.a. spark-over) voltage was somewhat higher than that to allow for normal operation. The next common breakdown voltage for a GDT is 90V. It appears that it would take the standard 8mm diameter by 6mm height, and documentation does indicate a 10kA rating, so the GDT’s in this link would likely be suitable options.
However, as I couldn’t find specific info to verify my suppositions, we can try to get verification from Pasternack.
