Which version of the Hailo Hat are you trying to replace the PCIE ribbon cable adapter on your RPI 5?

Hi @rohitmarines the problem with this specific hat, RPI used a unique pcie cable:

With the connection pins on opposite sides of the ribbon..

The Pimoroni version has connections on the same side of the ribbon cable.

I haven’t found a direct replacement to date yet..

Thank you so much …actually I am using the gpio for imu and baro .lte , gnss , mice speaker etc …so cannot mount hailo hat …need a longer cable and pin on same side
.. please suggest one which can work

Can you mount the “hat” under the board? Or side to side?

The PCIE cable wasn’t spec for reverse protection:

The default cable provide is less then 4 cm and it has opposite contacts and when I mount the hail front side the hailo becomes upside down ..if the same length cable is there …it can still work if pin contacts are same side …
