# HARTINGのEthernetカプラ 09352250312：なぜ2つのIP定格があるのですか？

[HARTING](https://www.digikey.jp/ja/supplier-centers/harting)は、産業用および過酷な環境向けの製品を主力とするコネクタメーカーです。そのような製品の1つが、HANシリーズのシール型RJ45カプラ [09352250312](https://www.digikey.jp/ja/products/detail/harting/09352250312/4287956) です。このデバイスの[データシート](https://b2b.harting.com/files/download/PRD/PDF_DS/PDF_DS_09352250312_EN.pdf)には、IP65とIP67の2つの異なるIP定格が記載されています。それはなぜなのか、また実際にどちらが適用されるのかというお問い合わせを多数いただいています。

答えは、どちらも適用されるということです。そのため、データシートには両方が記載されています。IP67は、コネクタが適切な相手側コネクタと嵌合している場合にのみ適用され、それ以外の場合はIP65が適用されます。
