Heat and press machine to apply the ACF 7303 from 3M

Hello,
I bought a roll of anisotropic conductive film ACF 7303 from 3M. However, to correctly apply this film a heat and press equipment is needed to apply pressure over 18 bar and a temperature around 140°C. In the datasheet of ACF 7303 it is written that 3M or its distributor could help us to get a list of commercially available models. I sent an email to 3M two weeks ago and did not get any answer. Could you please help me ?

Hello lahib.ouzzine, welcome to the TechForum! I am not sure why they don’t give a resource for people. It doesn’t appear we have that information at this time either for who carries thermo-compression bonders. I will have to reach out to the manufacturer
