Heat sink for TB67H303HG

What heat sink will fit the TB67H303HG? The MTO-EV039 evaluation board show the TB67 with a heat sink but there’s no model/part # for the heat sink itself.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
I’m sorry, but we do not have a match to that heatsink, and I did not find another one made for that package size.
You may be able to use multiple types of heatsinks. You would have to make sure the flat side is large enough for this device, and you would have to drill your own mounting holes.
