Hi, I need help to identify the component with marking “9003 KAUCHB”.
It is used in induction hotplate - IC driver IGBT. board CHK-A1.42S
I tried replacing it by removing the chip from the new board and it worked. now i want to buy it. hope everyone can help. Thank you very much
Hello ndms2319,
Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
When I searched our system for a 9003 driver, I found 568-7384-1-ND, which is obsolete.
I didn’t find anything for the KAUCHB.
You can check the datasheet, and see it this seems to be a match. We do not have a cross to it, but you can search the internet for the manufacture’s part number PMD9003D, and see it anyone has any remaining stock.
I’m sorry I couldn’t provide a definite match or cross for this IC.
Maybe one of the Engineers can add to this post with an idea of what it may be, or what may work in place of it.
Thank you very much for helping me find it. but it doesn’t seem quite right. I also had the PMD9003D on hand. I sent it to the technical team to test but they haven’t responded yet.
Here is the description of the 9003 on the circuit. I find it different from the principle that NXP describes. I talked to some friends and knew it existed since 2007. It seems quite similar to the PMD9003D. Perhaps the manufacturer doesn’t want users to find parts to repair their devices. Once again, thank you very much for responding to my comment. Wishing you a nice day
