It’s an LT6552 in the 8-DFN package. The marking doesn’t identify whether it is the commercial or industrial temperature version of the part, however.
- LT6552CDD#PBF Commercial temp spec guaranteed (see note below)
- LT6552IDD#PBF Industrial temp spec guaranteed (see note below)
From LT6552 datasheet:
Note 5: The LT6552C is guaranteed to meet specified performance from
0°C to 70°C and is designed, characterized and expected to meet specified
performance from –40°C to 85°C, but is not tested or QA sampled at these
temperatures. The LT6552I is guaranteed to meet specified performance
from – 40°C to 85°C.
