Help identifying SMD power inductor from Lenovo Legion Go motherboard

Hello,

I am trying to identify a shielded SMD power inductor on a Lenovo Legion Go Z1 motherboard.

The inductor is part of a buck converter circuit next to a Monolithic Power Systems regulator IC (marking MP018S). The component has no visible marking and appears to be a small shielded inductor used for power regulation.

The original inductor was damaged, and I would like to find a compatible replacement.

Based on similar designs, I suspect it may be around 0.47µH to 1µH, possibly similar to the MPL-AT2010 series.

I have attached photos of the board area. Any help identifying the correct inductance value or compatible replacement would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi, abulais.al.

This chip marked PR_xxxx_xxxx is called KTZ8866EKAA-TR from Kenetic company.

According to the datasheet, the values of inductors L1 and L2 are indicated on the diagram.

Hi Adam7,

Thank you for identifying the IC as KTZ8866EKAA-TR.

Could you please confirm the exact specifications for the surrounding components, especially:

1. L1 inductor value and recommended current rating

2. L2 inductor value and recommended current rating

3. The diode type used in the boost circuit

I would like to order the correct replacement components from Digi-Key for this backlight circuit.

Thank you for your help.
