Help me identify these chips

Hi guys.

Have these chips on Orange Pi 5, but can’t find them neither in the schematic nor by the chip markings. Those are tiny bga chips marked as D25DH 6QR73 or D3FEH 68S53.

I also noticed that these same chips on the same model of Orange Pi have different markings but in a similar fashion.

They are located under the CPU, so must be related.

Any hints are greatly appreciated - as always :slight_smile: .

Thanks to good people of Mastodon community I now know that those are WLCSP20_1R65X2R05X0R63 on the schematics, but I still can’t find anything on 1R65X2R05X0R63 :confused:

Solved - again - thanks to wonderful people of Mastodon (and stupid me lol). Those are RK860-2 and RK860-3:
