How are signals routed between connectors and fuses?

------Question for LFLX0006Z-01 Please Put your question below------

Hi, the datasheet and manual don’t have any schematics but mention a PCB. Is all the routing done on that PCB which is custom? Can we design that ourselves (I didn’t see any information such as dimensions, connector placement, etc)? Are there any stock versions of this? Thanks…

Hello bboyes, welcome back to the TechForum! I think I understand the issue. From what I gather from the instruction sheet, I think the module would break out the connections in the PDM to the available connectors marked J1, J2, J3, and J4. The only problem is it doesn’t describe which connections are routed to which pins because of customization.

The drawing for the schematic doesn’t spell it out entirely either: Schematic Diagram, click here. This same document does say that the internal PCB can be customized. They don’t really describe how to customize it though. I will have to get in touch with Littelfuse on how this is accomplished. I’m not sure we’d have any of them in stock though as they are custom order parts.

Littelfuse provided some clarification directly. They informed us that you can customize the part’s routing, but this often includes an estimated annual usage of 1000 to 1500 pieces. There is also a Non Recurring Engineering charge associated with it. They did mention that there is a default routing that the part has if you don’t customize it. They provided a document resource for the full schematic, click here.
