How do I handle return or order issues with Digi-Key

Resolving returns and order issues can be done through My Digi-Key or as a guest. This outlines the My Digi-Key process.

  1. Access your My Digi-Key account.

  2. Click “view orders.”

  3. Select the sales order in question.

  4. Click “Request Return” to enter the returns and order issues portal.

  5. The portal resolves these issues:

  • Package/product arrived too late
  • Damaged product
  • Product no longer needed
  • Ordered wrong part or quantity
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Received wrong product or quantity
