Resolving returns and order issues can be done through My Digi-Key or as a guest. This outlines the My Digi-Key process.
Access your My Digi-Key account.
Click “view orders.”
Select the sales order in question.
Click “Request Return” to enter the returns and order issues portal.
The portal resolves these issues:
- Package/product arrived too late
- Damaged product
- Product no longer needed
- Ordered wrong part or quantity
- Damaged or defective product
- Received wrong product or quantity
