This post will help guide you in finding the SPICE models for GeneSiC MOSFETs.

1. Go to the Navitas website - Navitas | Pure Play Next Generation Semiconductors.
   

   

2. Utilize the products dropdown to find the GeneSiC MOSFETs.
   

   

3. This will bring you to their product selection page for MOSFETs.
   

   

4. You can use the filtering section by searching for the specific part number you’re looking for. We will use part number G3F25MT06L as an example.
   

   

5. After entering in the part number, you will see it filters everything to one product.
   

   

6. The model files will be located on the right side of the part number information, see snip below.
