How to order Skyworks Si591 oscillator

Hello- I need a 340.0MHz LVDS oscillator, 3.3V power.
I think the Si591 would be a good choice, but I find hundreds of them through the search, and they all say they are not stocked with MOQ of 50. I want to order a small qty programmed for the frequency above (2-3 pieces) for a prototype. How do I do this? What would the lead time be?

(The other P/N choices, stability, package aren’t so critical to me)
