HSD to Ethernet / USB

Hi,
I am looking for HSD to Ethernet and HSD to USB cables (F2M). Does DigiKey perhaps supply them? A lot of the items when searching HSd does not have photos or datasheets, and I do not know what the specific naming would be.

I searched the USB cable adapters in our system and unfortunately I cannot find any HSD-to-USB adapters or any HSD-to-Ethernet adapters, sorry for the inconvenience.
