Either https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/nxp-usa-inc/MRFE6VP61K25HR6/2513451 or https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/nxp-usa-inc/MRFE6VP61K25HR5/2486631, the end numbers are slightly different but either should work fine.

Welcome to the DigiKey tech forum. We do have these options available Transistors - FETs, MOSFETs - RF | Electronic Components Distributor DigiKey with the same base number . The R5 and R6 suffix is just a tape and reel quantity callout and the HSR5 version is a different package style that doesn’t have the end flanges. You will want to verify which package style you need.
