I can see digikey api has been changed but its not working half of the time

I could see digikey api is changing. I could be wrong here but since yesterday im getting 502, 504 error so changed it to follow new api format and still its extremely unresponsive or sends 502 error

Any idea what has change and how to make it better? If its server issue then do let me know

Note: I know its a rookie que but hope we help each other

We are not able to provide support for DigiKey API questions on the TechForum.

You will need to open a ticket on the DigiKey API portal.

@bramha255 We’re seeing the same thing. I just made a ticket on the API. Have you managed to find a solution?

@kyleh04 seems this forum to be for portal and items.

for ticket i raised, i got response that they are aware of the issue and trying to fix it - dont have solution since its server side issue but workaround im following is using other api calls like pricing… but trust me its not good either
