This is a Marketplace product, which means it can be ordered on our website, but it is shipped to you by the manufacturer, Acopian Power Supplies. I have no information on their shipping process, but there is a note that the product will ship in approximately 3 days from Acopian.
Since it is coming directly from the manufacturer, you can be assured that it is a new product, and is not used.
