[아나로그디바이스/맥심](https://www.digikey.kr/ko/supplier-centers/analog-devices)으로부터 (온도 전용 데이터 로거인) DS1921G, DS1922L, DS1922T, DS1922E 및 DS1923을 지원하는 NIST 인증서를 다운로드하기 위해서는 다음 단계를 따라해 보십시오:

1. Thermochron NIST 추적 가능 인증서 링크를 클릭: [Thermochron NIST Traceable Certificates](https://www.analog.com/en/products/landing-pages/001/ibutton-certifications/thermochron-nist-traceable-certificates.html)
2. 장치에서 64비트(16글자) 일련 번호(ROM ID 또는 등록 번호라고도 함)를 찾습니다.
