Identification of Red and Blue pressure ports

Pressure Port identification

I have required the part number and details of the 2 Red and Blue pressure ports fitted at outside of UAV INS-U developed by Inertial Labs.
The same 2 red and blue color Pressure ports are also fitted in the Air Data computer developed by Inertial Labs.
The 2 pressure ports are ambient and static pressure ports used to detect the outside ports which is further sense by pressure sensor IC MP3V5010DPN mounted on the PCB of the INS system and Air Data Computer.
The flexible pipe/tube that connects between pressure sensor IC and 2 pressure ports is also required.

So , overall please help me in identifying the part number of these 2 parts:-

  1. 2 red and blue colour pressure ports as can be seen in attached pic.
  2. The flexible tube which connects with pressure ports and pressure sensor IC MP3V5010DP.

Thanks,

Welcome to the TechForum!

The red and blue pressure ports are not parts that we would have in our system. You might be able to reach out to Inertial Labs to see if they will provide a part number, but they may have been made specific for this product.

The barbs on the MP3V5010DP fit a min of 2.79mm to 3.30mm. These tubes have the potential to fit the barbs, but we do not have them in stock they will need to be ordered.

Hi Steven,
Thanks for providing the information. Can you please tell me the part number of that tubes which can fit in this “MP3V5010DP” IC or the link which can directly reach me to the page.
The information regarding the tube might help me in identifying the pressure ports.

I linked them in my response. That is what the blue text is for.

OK Steven, but in my knowledge the red and blue connector which I have shown in the pic have that flexible tube attached with them. The flexible tube just go into the product and get attach with the pressure sensor IC.

The tubes connects the pressure sensor to the red and blue ports. I am not arguing that they don’t. We have tubes in our system, but we don’t have the red and blue ports with/without the tubes attached. To find a part number for the red and blue ports you will need to see if you can find them elsewhere online.
