A bunch of connectors were broken during shipping need to be replace. Can anyone identify these parts?

A basic search of 45 position headers and rectangular connectors does not pull anything that looks like what you have here. What was the pitch of your connector there and from what family of parts does it belong?
I beleive this is a Molex Impact series connector.
How many positions total? I had counted 45 on the individual connector but it may be better to interpret it as a different number (maybe 90? see here)
It has 40 positions minus the power connectors per section. So its 8 columns 5 rows x 2.
