berk_2, Please, write the second line of marking.
Unsolder the chip, and see if there is marking at the bottom of the chip.
Determine which pins supply +Vin and GND.

I have not identified it, but my best guess would be a microcontroller. If so, you would need not only the chip, but also the programming code to replace it.
Another board also used ht68f002, this is microcontroller, but I don’t know if this is the one I have yet, it doesn’t say the number.

I’m really not sure what this could be either. The H4053 seems some kind of Multiplexer/Demultiplexer single 8 channel maybe, but I could not locate lots of specs on it to verify. Not sure how to proceed here.
