I currently purchase 4401-499-005-00 for 4 of our lasers

I am looking for this same protective cover only 4mm thick and 132mm diameter. for 2 of our lasers

1030 – 1080nm

Can anyone help point me to a source?

I was not able to find a 4mm thick protective glass. The nearest was the following from Excelitas:

Protective Glass PG16, 1030 – 1080nm, low absorption, D = 132mm, Thickness = 3mm
