Is it possible to increase the size of some of the standard components, say some passives in the circuit that we are drawing?
I am assuming you mean the symbol itself. There is no method to increase the size of the symbols today. You could go into Scheme-it and create a custom symbol or use the build a symbol tool to build your own larger version then you can copy and reuse it.
