I see that the DC input ranges from 250 to 431 DC. I have a 220 DC input. Would that work for me?

I would not expect HEP-2300-115 to work if you were to apply 220VDC. If you have this power supply, you would want to provide between 250 and 431VDC.

If you have 220VDC input you may want to consider: PHP-3500-115 MEAN WELL USA Inc. | Power Supplies - External/Internal (Off-Board) | DigiKey

Here’s a working datasheet for that part.
