We are interested in the SRCOOL7KRME rack air conditioner for our project. Could you kindly confirm whether this model is available in a 220–240 V version instead of the standard 120 V?

In addition, please advise if it supports a mobile app or web portal that enables remote monitoring of live status (including temperature, humidity, runtime, and error codes).

  • The SRCOOL7KRME is currently available only in a 120V version.
  • There is no 220–240V variant of this model listed or confirmed by Eaton or its distributors. [tripplite.eaton.com]

However, Eaton is rolling out “Suffix E” high-efficiency models, and the SRCOOL7KRME is part of this transition. The updated model may have different specs, but as of now, no 220–240V version has been announced for SRCOOL7KRME or its successor. [eaton.com]
