Hi Guys.

Panasonic used to do a range of IPD’s, 3 pin devices, Drain, Source and Control such as MIP161 which contained a Power Mosfet rated at about 700V DC, and integrated oscillator all in one device - can anyone suggest similar from DigiKey ?

I’ve reviewed the datasheet for the Panasonic parts which are discontinued - https://industrial.panasonic.com/content/data/SC/ds/ds4/MIP161_E_discon.pdf

I haven’t found anything exactly like them in our catalog. This is about the closest I could find. Discrete Semiconductor Products | Transistors - FETs, MOSFETs - Single | DigiKey

Take a look, but I don’t think it’s quite the same as what you want.
