Could you please help to clarify the internal gate resistance values of PMOS and CMOS in G4616. Thanks
Gate resistance is referenced in the datasheet in the parameter tables on pages 2 and 6 for the NMOS and PMOS respectively. It’s not as straightforward as “internal gate resistance equals __ohms,” because internal gate resistance as I understand it is affected by many variables that aren’t necessarily accounted for in the datasheet. Perhaps one of the engineers will be able to elaborate, but that’s about the best answer I can give for now.
